Did you know that SIBA's website for southern readers,, receives about 1500 visits every day? Thanks to the rising circulation of the Lady Banks newsletter, and the popularity of programs like the Okra Picks and the Pat Conroy Southern Book Prize, traffic on the site has been growing. And the visibility of SIBA member stores has been growing along with it.

SIBA has redesigned the "recommended reading" section of it's website for southern readers -- -- as a searchable "book concierge" with dozens of categories coverings hundreds of bookseller recommendations. Recommendations are culled from store websites and newsletters, featured in the Lady Banks newsletter, and linked back to the recommending store.

Are your store staff picks on the list? If not, you can email links to SIBA is looking for store recommendations that are written in their own words, not simply reprinting catalog copy.
