Bookmarks invites SIBA booksellers to join us for a customer service training opportunity on Friday, July 25th in Winston-Salem! After participating in sessions at Winter Institute led by ZingTrain, we’ve been inspired to bring their trainers to Bookmarks to do a one-day workshop focused on customer service and service leadership. The workshop will be from 8 am to 4 pm and held at the Bookmarks Bookstore. Our capacity is 50 for the workshop and price per person will be determined based on the number of registrants (estimated at $180-200 per person including lunch). For anyone traveling for this training, Bookmarks has a discounted room rate at our neighbor hotel! Contact us for information.
