The first New Voices New Rooms Owners Retreat will be held on Zoom at 6:00 PM Eastern Time. The general theme of the retreat will be "Strategic Closing," -- how to plan for store downtime to manage bigger projects such as renovations, inventories, or even simply building in owner and staff vacations. You must be a member of SIBA and a store owner to attend.
