Begun as a way to help SIBA’s Executive Director to weed out her own library, Free Book Stimulus Plan rewards customers for shopping at SIBA member bookstores. People can send in their store receipts along with a form found at freebookstimulusplan.com and SIBA will send them a free book as a thank you for shopping at your store. Books are provided by publishers and may include review copies. Only receipts from current SIBA member stores are eligible.
