 SIBA booksellers have a great free resource in The Independent Bookseller, a website that includes a calendar of bookselling events that you can download to your store’s google calendar, a publishing industry directory to guide you on the relationships between publishers, imprints, distributors, and rep groups, a book award database, and more handy links and facts. Sign up for their weekly newsletter and you’ll receive news and updates, including action items on ABA, regional association, and publisher programming deadlines.
